The hat is just what I've been looking for. All of the beanie hats available commercially (one size fits all) *never* fit my head, they feel tight and uncomfortable and look ridiculous to boot! I have a yuge melon, upon which hats very rarely fit. This baby fit great, did not squeeze my head too tight as many beanies have in the past, and was long enough to cover my ears and neck when I wanted it to. I've spent whole years looking for a beanie big enough for my head. I owned five already, and only one is really a comfortable fit (but a bit on the thin side). I’m a size 8 in a hat and have always had problems with this type of cap riding up my head and exposing my ears. Everything starts out ok but after a while of clearing snow a hat like this will be sitting on top of my head like an upside down tea cup on a basketball. This hat does not do that. It’s also a very long hat. Longer than I expected but in a good way. Able to flip it up on the sides and the front with plenty of room to spare.
