60 Day Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will refund the full price of the item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. Items may be returned within 60 days of date of purchase and be in original condition. Items returned after 60 days of purchase will not be accepted for a refund. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition with original tags and labels in the original boxes/packaging (whenever possible) or similar as to not damage the return to be eligible for a refund. If using your own box, ensure the box size fits the hats/caps so the bill does not bend or crush the crown.You can expect your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is the result of our error. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and a refund confirmation email will be sent to you. You will receive the credit within a few hours to few business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
To make an exchange purchase the big hat(s) you would like and return the one(s) you have now, to the address above, within 60 days from time of purchase (please include your packing slip or order number). Check/money orders are not accepted.
We are not responsible for the acceptance, safekeeping and/or return of any items that you ship to us in error (I.E., items that were not purchased on our site). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
Lamood Big Hats is not responsible for Customs Fees presented to International customers. If order is returned back to us, we will refund the cost of the order minus shipping costs.
We are not responsible for orders that come back due to the incorrect shipping address entered by the customer at time of order. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete address the customer will be responsible for postage costs. If the customer wants to have the order re-shipped it will require another shipping charge.
