Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Lamood Big Hats wholesale program. Please review the following terms carefully before placing a wholesale order.

Wholesale Access

Wholesale pricing is only available to approved wholesale customers. You must log in to your account to view and access wholesale pricing.

Once logged in, simply add qualifying items to your cart — wholesale discounts will automatically apply at checkout.

Product Eligibility

Not all products are available for wholesale.

Wholesale Pricing Tiers

  • 12 or more items = 40% off
  • 24 or more items = 45% off
  • 48 or more items = 50% off

Discounts apply automatically when eligible quantities are added to your cart.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • The minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases is 12 units per SKU and color. Quantities cannot be combined across different colors or SKUs to meet this minimum.
  • If your cart contains fewer than 12 items, the order may be canceled or adjusted at our discretion.
  • If 12 or more units are not available in stock, please remove the unavailable items from your cart before submitting. Orders not meeting the minimum may be denied.

Availability

  • All orders are subject to stock availability at the time of fulfillment.
  • If your order includes unavailable items, we will contact you before processing.

Pricing

  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and visible only to approved wholesale customers.
  • Prices and discount tiers are subject to change without notice.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are calculated at checkout.
  • We ship via trusted carriers and include tracking with all orders.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Wholesale orders are not eligible for standard returns.
  • If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Resale & Online Listings

  • Resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) is not permitted unless explicitly approved.
  • You may resell Lamood Big Hats on your own website or in your physical retail store.
