George Lopez discussed his Twitter fans sending him Tweets that they love his big head. George showed a picture of Conan O'brien and himself together and how they are putting their giant heads together to save late night. He compared heads and said Conan's head is "bigger and longer" than his head. It was like Russian Dolls where you'll find his head inside of Conan's. At the end of the bit George Lopez got out a measuring tape and mesured his head saying it was 25" around.
