A big improvement was the result of a redesigned  shopping cart with a quicker checkout. In the past, big head customers were forced to register to make a purchase; however, now guests do not need to register at checkout and can get a shipping estimate in the cart.

Also, Lamood Big Hats has expanded its site search application to give customers more guided navigation, as well as consumers can search for products using multiple search criteria.

The new site is feature rich with other elements such as a Big Hats Comparison Tool, improved catalog pages with larger images, efficient navigation, and recently viewed product section.

New social features have been added such as a Big Hats Blog, RSS feeds, Wish List, quick polls, and product tags, that will allow the retailer to better connect with its customers.
