If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will refund the full price of the item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error. Items must be returned within 30 days and be in original condition. You can expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner). For exchanges please include your packing slip or order # and which item(s) you would like in exchange. There is a reduced reshipping charge of $5.00 for orders shipped within the U.S. ($21.95 USD for International orders) payable by check/money order or include your credit card information (name on card, address, type of card, card number, expiration date, 3 or 4 digit security code, and signature). If there is an increase in price difference between exchanges please include the difference along with the reshipping charge.
